Over the last few years, we learned the value of our relationships and the importance of caring for one another. During the pandemic, the Lyda Hill Institute for Human Resilience at UCCS created a free, research-based program to build our collective grit. As we take these lessons and look ahead to the challenges that will inevitably come, we must all be prepared to help one another to be resilient. GRIT was designed for this purpose.

Status Code 4 Inc. was created following the numerous reports of First Responder suicides across the United States and Canada. SC4I is in the unique position to intimately understand the stressors associated with being a First Responder. The results of these stressors contribute to a vast number of issues. These issues include depression, anxiety, PTSD, Compassion Fatigue, divorce, domestic violence, and substance abuse.

Doc2Doc, a program by CPHP and CMS, offers free, confidential peer support for physicians, PAs, and trainees. Get up to three sessions with a peer physician to discuss stress, burnout, or any concern. Call 720-810-9131 anytime to connect with support.
